Vaneer
starts the day by casting another commune which tells him that the
next bloom will happen in two days time BUT it will be the final
bloom which will appear several miles outside the capital to the
North and would consist of an army sized force.
On
hearing this news, Otto sends the orders to assemble the Kingdoms
army at Wyvernshore before teleporting the group back to the capital
so they can plan and prepare.
