A request is sent from Otto to gather the known fey kin in
the kingdoms council for a meeting. The group question them about any
relationship with the fey realm or Emissary but they all pledge their loyalty
to the kingdom under a voluntary zone of truth.
Scouts are sent to the old lich’s lair and the parcel of
land given to emissary years ago to see what activity if any are happening in
the areas.
